200 g Milky Food cream cheese
50 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (thermostat 6)
  2. Roll out the pastry dough in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the Milky Food cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread this cream over the pie crust.
  5. Arrange the cut fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese cream.
  6. Bake the pie for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before unmolding.
  8. If desired, glaze the fruits with heated fruit jelly to give them shine.
